About This Role
This is employee #1. You're not joining a company — you're helping build one. We're looking for someone who knows their way around a squeegee, takes pride in their work, and wants more than just a paycheck.
You'll work directly with the owner, service customers, help dial in our processes, and eventually train new hires as we grow. If we succeed, you'll be the one who was here first.
What You'll Do
- →Clean residential and commercial windows using water-fed pole and traditional methods
- →Perform gutter cleaning and add-on services (screens, tracks, hard water treatment)
- →Deliver 5-star customer experiences on every job — be the face of Foxy's
- →Help build and improve SOPs, checklists, and quality standards
- →Train and mentor new technicians as the team grows
- →Drive the company truck, maintain equipment, and keep the rig dialed
What We're Looking For
- ✓Window cleaning experience preferred — but we'll train the right person
- ✓Reliable, shows up on time, takes ownership of the work
- ✓Comfortable on ladders and with physical outdoor work
- ✓Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ✓Good with people — you'll talk to homeowners daily
- ✓Wants to grow — not just clock in and clock out

Full-time, Monday–Friday
