Foxy's Window Cleaning was started by Chris Sheppard, a Geneva resident who saw a clear gap: homeowners in the Fox Valley had plenty of window cleaning options — but most of them were national franchises running out of regional dispatch centers, sub-contracting the work to crews the homeowner had never met and couldn't hold accountable.
The answer was simple: a locally owned, owner-operated company where the person who answers the phone is also the person responsible for the result. No corporate layer, no franchise fees baked into your price, no call center three states away when something needs to be made right.
The name comes from where we live — the Fox River and the Fox Valley. Geneva sits right on the river, and every community we serve is part of the same valley. It's a local name for a local company.
